Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
Carrier
All orders are sent via Evri Standard Delivery.
Processing & Dispatch
- Cut-off time: Orders received by 3:00pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the next working day.
- Orders placed after 3:00pm, or on weekends/UK bank holidays, are dispatched on the following working day.
- Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
- Evri Standard typically delivers in 2–4 working days from dispatch.
- Remote locations or peak periods may take longer.
Shipping Rates
- Calculated at checkout based on order weight, service and destination.
- If we run free-shipping promotions or thresholds, they will be shown at checkout.
Tracking & Delivery
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.
- Evri may deliver to a safe place or neighbour if selected; once delivered to your chosen option, responsibility passes to you.
Address Changes
- We can’t amend delivery addresses after dispatch. Please check details carefully at checkout.
Missed/Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender
- If a parcel is returned to us after failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the order minus original shipping.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
- Please email hello@lovemush.com within 7 days of delivery (include your order number and clear photos if damaged). We’ll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Pre-Orders/Backorders (if applicable)
- Dispatch timelines for pre-orders/backorders will be shown on the product page; your entire order may ship together.
