Refund & Returns Policy

We hope you love your Mush products, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (e.g. your order number or confirmation email)
To start a return, please contact us at hello@lovemush.com with your order details.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Sale items or promotional bundles (unless faulty)
- Perishable goods (as per food safety guidelines)
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days
- Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order and return your original purchase (if eligible).
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email hello@lovemush.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service for your return. Mush is not responsible for items lost in transit.
